Giuseppe Zanotti has just released new styles for men. If you've followed me then you know I'm definitely a big fan of the brand. I currently own one pair of their sneakers and I'm hoping that by Thursday I can become the proud owner of another. You can preorder the new sneakers and belts on Saksfifthavenue.com. The prices range from $395 for a belt to $1295 for sneakers. What do you think of the collection?

Dr. Martens Spikes

I really love spikes and I also really love Dr. Martens shoes. Both together is like heaven built into British footwear. I currently own two pairs of Dr. Martens and I'm hoping that by next week I'll have three. The only part holding me back is the decision making process. I've got a black pony hair boot with leopard spots and a metallic pewter shoe, so the question becomes this time; boot or shoe? I've narrowed it down to four options. Let's compare them.

Solestruck Manila Muscle Lookbook

Can we talk about how Solestruck's new Summer Lookbook: Manila Muscle is the most amazing thing I've seen recently? Like, I'm actually sure I died a little as I was scrolling through the pictures. There wasn't one look that I wouldn't want to wear myself, and I think if that's how Manila Muscle left me feeling, then Solestruck did an excellent job.

Weekly Wanting #5: Chanel Creepers

Wednesday, April 17

These Chanel Creepers have been haunting me. In the best way possible that is. I saw them at Neiman Marcus a while ago and have not been able to get them out of my head! Perhaps the fact that they are metallic or maybe because the soles are white is what makes them so memorable. Either way they are fabulous and I really hope to get a pair!

What do you guys think of them? Let me know below!!

90s Comeback Platform Converse

Friday, April 5

So I got my new shoes in the mail finally. A while back, I went on an impulse online shopping spree (this have become quite normal) and I purchased a pair of platform shoes. Now I had really been dying for a pair so I was more than relieved to be able to get some. I ordered these from MaxStar which is a company based in South Korea. They make shoes that resemble Converse and also customize actual Converse with studs, paint, platforms etc. I turned to them because the platforms at Solestruck were sold out in my size and I had become desperate! Anyway guys enjoy the pictures. Me and my mates were being a bit silly about opening them. :)

Now the shoes were exactly as I expected, even though I was shocked once I saw them!!!! Haha they are super high. They are super comfortable because I ordered a U.S. 10.5 which is the size of my other Converse. The toe cap and the soles are distressed like I requested so that was a good thing, the only real problem is that I fell over in them!!! That's okay because they aren't super heavy I will eventually get better at walking in them. Overall I'm just so happy that I finally got the look I was going for and hopefully I can take some Lookbook photos in them!!

Let me know your thoughts below and head on over to MaxStar to get your own!!!!!!!

DbyD by KANG.D Cut-out Brogues pt. 2

Wednesday, March 27

So my shoes came and I am sooo excited. I made sure to take some pics of me unwrapping them. These shoes are just exactly what I needed and I can't wait to rock them with a pair of skinnies or harem trousers. Take a look below:

Overall I'm so happy with these. They are chunky which I prefer and they are super comfortable and lightweight. The button enclosures on the side will definitely save my life because I know that I'm terribly infamous for being too lazy to tie and untie my shoes. I can't wait to start wearing these around campus!!!!!

Always With Love,

So I am finally joining in on the cut-out shoe trend. Now, I'm not saying I'm a late bloomer and just started to appreciate the trend; it's just that cool trends like this one are almost always dominated by women and are hard to find for under 1000USD, which is a pain in the ass. However, my lover (Solestruck.com) has presented me with an amazing cut-out shoe which will perfect for the warm weather that is soon to be upon us.

These shoes are the answer to my warm weather footwear problem. I haven't any shoes that are really made for warm weather. I open my closet and see sneakers and boots. I have TOMS which I love and thongs from Hollister but I've totally outgrown that distressed bootcut jeans and fitted graphic tee phase.   I will get them tomorrow so I'll update you guys with pictures so I hope you guys will stay tuned. I'll just have to decide how I want to pair them!! Can't wait!! <33

Let me know what you guys think below!

Weekly Wanting # 3 Buffalo x Solestruck Platforms

Friday, March 22

Images courtesy of Solestruck.com

The Weekly Wanting continues into it's third week with a pair of shoes. This week I have been dying for a pair of platform trainers. I honestly cannot comprehend why. Perhaps it is due to my reintroduction to the Spice girls or the fact that I love grunge (which platforms were a big part of).

Now I ordered a pair of custom 12.5 cm platforms from a website called Maxstarstore.com but I've seen two other pairs that I want even more than my converse!!!!!!!

The first pair is from Solestruck.com, which is by far my favorite shoe store. They are a new collaboration between Buffalo (which is the platform brand of the 90s) and Solestruck themselves. They've invented fun and youthful shoes. The pair I've picked are so quirky. The black and white polka dots are totally fun the velcro closure is awesome and the platform is a whopping four inches which I love!!!!! They come in at a whopping 259.95 but that is only 30USD more than I paid for the Converse.

The other pair are also from the Buffalo x Solestruck collection and these are also totally awesome. This pair is totally on trend right now coming in a cool metallic gunmetal color. They are a low-top version of the first pair and are sans velcro which is totally okay because the color is totally sick!!!! These are also 4 inches and I know with these I will stand tall!!!

Well until next week! Take care! Let me know what you guys are loving for the week!! :)

Solestruck Shoe Cravings

Tuesday, November 13

Last night I was doing my routine of browsing through the various online street fashion stores that I am obsessed with. The list consists of TOPMAN, ASOS, TOPSHOP, Romwe, Zara, Urban Outfitters and the Deepstyle brand at Yesstyle. When I thought about it, I didn't really need to be shopping for clothes because I recently dropped some cash on a denim jacket, a circle scarf and a pair of leopard print skinnies at Urban and I really have everything that I want(and can afford!) at the moment.

However, while looking through my Tumblr (also called Blondism) I happened across an awesome picture of a runway model carrying a white parasol fashioned in the shape of a white flower. The blogger of the picture was Solestruckmens! I love Solestruck shoes. Solestruck is a shoe retailer located in Oregon that carries edgy yet stylish options for the man and woman who aren't afraid to make a bold statement in the sea of normality. You can expect to see brands like Jeffrey Campbell (and its male counterpart The Damned), Ash, Jeremy Scott for Adidas, KTZ and many more. Since its been months since my last shoe purchase (a pair of plaid TOMS from Neiman Marcus in San Francisco) I decided to indulge myself and select a few pairs for my Christmas wishlist. Take a look below at what I picked:

The Damned Reznor Spike $199.95
Unif Hellraiser $164.95

The Damned Prism Stud $229.95
The Damned Colt Man $204.95
T.U.K. D Ring Mens $69.95

I'm totally obsessed with my choices. Each shoe makes a bold and original statement and right now that's what I want. The Powder Blue cut-out boot is by far my favorite. I've been lusting after them ever since I saw it on LookBook.nu. It is such a bold design and it seems as though the Jeffrey Campbell design team took some inspiration from Balenciaga's Cut-out boot.

The shoes from Solestruck  are great statement shoes that can carry an outfit without much effort. When you guys have some free time take a look though Solestruck and check it out. I guarantee that its worth your time.

Tell me what you've been lusting for down below.

With Love,
